ABOUT UNITY FOR THERAPY
A private psychosexual and relationship therapy practice based in Kings Hill, Kent built on the belief that everyone deserves a confidential, judgement-free space to be understood.
OUR STORY
Unity for Therapy was founded on a simple idea: that the parts of life people find hardest to talk about, relationships, intimacy, identity, the quiet weight of anxiety or grief, deserve exactly the same quality of care as anything else. Too often, these conversations get delayed, minimised, or never happen at all.
The name reflects what the work is really about: bringing together the different parts of a person, or a relationship, that have grown apart — communication and connection, mind and body, individual identity and shared life. Whether you’re working through something on your own or alongside a partner, the aim is the same: a space where nothing is off-limits, and nothing needs to be minimised to be taken seriously.
— Nariman Al-Aloosi, Founder
What We Believe
Every conversation stays private — a genuinely safe space to speak openly, without judgement.
Open to every background, identity, and relationship structure — not an afterthought, but the starting point.
An integrative approach grounded in recognised, professionally accredited training — not guesswork.
No fixed programme. The pace, focus, and format of the work are shaped around what you actually need.
What Sets This Practice Apart
Dual training means relationship and intimacy work can happen with one therapist, rather than a referral elsewhere.
Sessions available directly in Arabic as well, for clients who find that a more comfortable language for these conversations.
Genuinely affirming support for consensual non-monogamy and polyamorous relationship structures.
