Couple Therapy for Kings Hill & West Malling

Structured Support, Right Here

Kings Hill and West Malling have several relationship counsellors within a short walk of each other, including a multi-therapist practice covering much the same ground — couples work, psychosexual concerns, and compulsive sexual behaviour among them. Two things set this practice apart: the training is postgraduate-level, specifically in psychosexual and relationship therapy, rather than a general counselling certificate with relationship work added on — and you’ll always see the same therapist, not whoever happens to be available at a larger practice.

If you and your partner are stuck in the same argument, drifting apart, or working through infidelity, couple therapy offers a structured space to work through it together. Sessions are available right here in Kings Hill, or online for weeks when meeting in person isn’t practical.

OUR APPROACH

Our Approach to Couple Therapy for Kings Hill Clients

Every person’s reasons for seeking therapy are different, and so is the right way to work through them. Our approach is integrative, drawing on:

1

Attachment Theory

Understanding how early relationships shape how you connect now.

2

Person-Centred Therapy

Focusing on your relationship's unique perspective, not a generic template.

3

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Identifying and shifting unhelpful communication patterns.

4

Psychodynamic Approaches

Exploring patterns shaping present relationship dynamics.

5

Psychosexual Models

Addressing intimacy and sexual concerns directly, rather than as separate.
